Can people see my wii activity and history?

Its not that ive been doing anything bad or unappropriate i just want to know if someone can see. wouldnt it creep you out if someone was watching your internet activity?wwell anyways im wondering, if im on my internet on the wii and my sisters using her laptop and were both connecting into the same wifi at the same time can she see my history and activity? and my mom is usually on the main computer (the one the routers connected too) can she see what im doing?
