Why wont my Ps3 Internet Connect ?

First try redoing the PS3 network settings: Settings > Network Settings > Internet Connection Settings > Easy or Custom (make sure it selects Wireless). After that, if you've reset everything, including the modem and router, and it still doesn't work, then you may need to use a wired connection if possible.
