Cannot access internet after installing revo uninstaller?

Ever since I used revo uninstaller my other computer cannot get on the internet. My connections are saying I'm connected to my router and that I have internet access. I have system restored and it didnt help. Chrome gives me error 137, but Explorer doesn't work either. Thanks for any help in advance!
