Wii Console Wont Update, Error?

I Connect it to a wireless router and is a bout 3 meters away from it and I bought this game last week, Zumba fitness and it told me that it needs to be updated to play it. So i pressed it, ok, ok yes, update and all that. Then it stops about a 1cm INTO updating. Then it says 'failed to update.' So at the time I thought ok maybe its high traffic so I left it, But now its still doing it and I dont think it is high traffic anymore, so what could be the problem? how do i fix it? can i MANUALLY update it by downloading it on a PC then putting into the wii by SD Card then installing it? Please help.
