If i have a telephone port in my bedroom what can i use to make that phone port into wifi?

by the way i know very little about how to do this so please dont use big fancy words and make it as simple and cost-effective as possible!! by the way the office outside has wifi but a very weak signal and there is not really any way of running a massive ethernet cable from the router. thanks haydn
