My router's wireless is messed up?

In my house I have a main PC and a laptop. The main PC has my Belkin router connected to the modem, then connects back to the PC. Somehow, the wireless on the router is off and I can't connect from my laptop. I can connect on my PC because the ethernet cable is in. I went on my Belkin homepage and it said that my wireless wasn't off. How do I fix this!!!!???!!!
