How do I change the security settings on my netgear router so I can use my nintendo ds wi-fi?

When I try to use my nintendo ds wi-fi, it says to change the security settings on my netgear router to allow all. What is the name of the setting to allow all? Also what type of encryption do I use (ex: WEP)? It keeps asking me for my security pass key on the computer the router is connected to but will not accept it. It says that I must enter a 5-13 digit code even though I already have one that is in the range. Please help.
