How good a modem/router is the Zoom 5350?

I just bought one for my new charter services and all the specs and performance numbers tell me it's a good buy but as reliability and consistent performance go I'm not sure. So before I decide to keep it does anyone out there have any sort of review for the modem? Like how likely is it to break, how accurate those speed and performance ratings are. Any insight would be great, thanks.
